Before I started this business I worked as a commercial facility manager, so I’m hands-on every day with maintenance and repairs, including electrical, plumbing, assembly, and mechanical work. At home, my 5 kids keep me busy fixing everything they manage to break, so I’m used to solving real-life problems quickly and safely. Arrived on time and got to work quickly. Completed the work in a timely manner even after doing some unplanned work to make the new exhaust fan fit existing opening. Very friendly and left site as clean as when they came. Price was very reasonable and would definitely use them again.

Cliff and his sons were awesome. They ran into complex issues with the wiring of my old house and came back to figure it out and fix it. They had to replace 30 switches and 35 outlets and did a fantastic job. I’ll definitely hire him again for future projects.

We have hired/engaged Martin Specialty Services as our go-to property manager/handyman to deal with any needed issues at a rental property we own. Cliff was very responsive and agreed to come over to discuss what this would look like and how it would be managed. While we have not yet used him for a specific repair or troubleshooting issue yet, we felt very confident after meeting him and reviewing our property that we agreed he would be a good fit. He was honest about his proposed role and we felt very good about our arrangement!
