Spencer Real Estate Group was wonderful to work with on buying our home. We didn't know much about the process when we first started, but Spencer explained everything very clearly and walked us through step by step. He was very prompt when returning calls/messages and we never had to be worried about being kept out of the loop. Spencer also made great recommendations on who to deal with for both our mortgage and home inspection. This was a huge help since we hadn't had any prior experience with either type of agency. The Client Connect website that Spencer Real Estate Group makes narrowing down/categorizing potential houses very easy. We had a fantastic experience and highly recommend working with Spencer!

We adore Spencer! He was so helpful in so many ways. His knowledge of building structure helped us to see things we would have otherwise missed. He was patient with our flip-flopping, never giving a hint that it was a problem. He listened to the criteria we needed and helped us - after a long search - to find just the right home for us. If you need a real estate agent, call Spencer - there is no one better. Plus, we just enjoyed getting to know him. He made the onerous task of finding a home so much more pleasant.An addendum: Spencer is a miracle worker! We unexpectedly had to move out of state and sell our home less than a year after buying it. As you might imagine, this was a challenging time for us in many ways. Spencer made it easy. We had an offer on the house the day after it went on the market! We are absolutely positive that it was because of how Spencer helped us prepare the house. Whether you're buying or selling, use Spencer Real Estate Group - you will be wowed!

There were a few challenges I had to get through with contractors where Spencer was a great resource / asset in overcoming the issues. The way Spencer showcased the house with the photos and 360 video tour really made a positive impression that resulted in selling the property at the price I expected when Spencer and I first discussed the market and pricing. Spencer and his team were incredibly responsive to all my questions and requests, particularly since I had already relocated out of state.It has been an absolute pleasure working with the Spencer Real Estate Group. I will always highly recommend all my friends and associates in the Madison area to work with the Spencer Real Estate Group to buy or sell their home.

Spencer was great to work with. We moved to Madison from out of state and were completely unfamiliar with the area. Spencer broke down every Madison neighborhood and then showed us houses across the city. After that, he was very responsive. We looked at over a dozen houses before we found the one. Having Spencer, with his impressive background in city planning and construction, alongside during the showings was very useful. He provided a lot of inside knowledge, tips, and helpful advice. When it came time to pull the trigger on an offer, he put together a great package to support our price--and it was accepted! Aside from Spencer, his team was also very kind and responsive. I will definitely use Spencer for my future real estate needs and highly recommend him to you, prospective buyer!
