- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing and services are customized to the needs and concerns of each of our customers. We take the time to get to know our clients and to understand their challenges and create programs that meets their needs and provides the highest value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process depends on what services they are looking for. For an example, if they are a business trying to catch up on back unfiled taxes we will work with them to review the last filed return and the best and most cost effective means to obtain the past financial information to prepare the back tax returns. If they are looking for an on-going accounting service package we will review the system in place now, accounting software they may be using and how we can improve on and build on what they have and then add our expert services to accomplish accurate and timely financials for reporting compliance and business management.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff of senior accountants, CPA's and Enrolled Agents in many cases have worked in the industry for over 20 years. We bring the expertise your need to realize the right tools and the knowledge for proven results that our customized to your personal business needs.
