- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a three-part service. Review.Repair.Maintain Most people come to me when they have fallen behind or messed up their QuickBooks Online account and need to get back on track. The steps would be 1) review of the QBO file and prepare a report of findings. 2) repair of the file and 3) maintenance option (month-end reconciliations, financials and review)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would schedule a 15-30 minute discovery call on Zoom, so I can learn about your pain points if they are something I could help you with, and if we would be a good match to work together
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years of business experience, which allowed me to have worn all the hats a small business owner is required to juggle daily.
