- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm flexible on pricing depending on availability, distance to travel, time and day of the week or weekend and the type of service I am providing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication with my clients is the most important part of building our working foundation. My goal is to provide you with the service you expect plus more. Knowing what your expectations are at the onset is the key to starting a successful project. I like to talk with my client and outline the specifics of any project and then go over in detail everything that will happen from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Degree in Commercial Graphics Design and over 20 years experience in the field.
