FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been writing since I was 10 years old. I avoided it like the plague even though I loved English, literature and words. In college my teachers were not as in love with literary style and I dropped writing all together until my mid 20's when I decided to create DOT Magazine. The readership response reaffirmed my original love for writing. And now I'm here as your virtual writing gal pal and loving it.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I am absolutely proud of a private learning experience I facilitated for a fashion stylist I absolutely adore. After attending her single private session, I immediately noticed major improvements in her writing as did she. When I followed up with her, she shared with me on the positive impact our one on one session had on her blogging. Scenarios like this make what I do worthwhile.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
No one is a natural. We take our craft seriously as writers. We study our craft, stay tuned to our industry and we push each other towards the edges of literary brilliance and beyond. It truly is art and a skill that must be continually honed.
