- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally take each project individually and estimate accordingly. I can and do price projects with enough information on a phone call or correspondence on Thumbtack.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At the first meeting I would explain everything including start and completion time, materials, quality of workmanship, and price if possible. If hired I would then measure, order, deliver, install, clean up and remove debris.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ years experience. I began working under my grandfather and father and also worked for a very respected local remodeling company.
