Computers are a necessity in today's day and age so when someone calls me, it is usually a very stressful time in their life. Homework is lost, reports for work can't be sent, priceless family pictures might have been lost or deleted. Computers, while they are awesome, can also cause us all a lot of headaches. What I love most is being able to take someone who is ready to toss their pc out their window and bring a huge smile back to their face. If I can't fix it, I don't charge you anything. Customers can't believe that when I tell them but my belief is that if I didn't give you what you wanted, then why should you have to pay for it?!!

Nate is an expert in computer repair. Nate removed a extremely difficult virus from my computer which started to corrupt everything on my computer, he SAVED my computer. Nate is a professional and polite individual to work with. He had my computer back to me within 24 hours and even picked up and dropped off. I had a disk drive that could no longer be read by Windows 7. Nate ran his diagnostics on the drive, and could not access it with his tools. He then conferred with other PC experts, using other tools and could not access the drive. Still Nate refused to charge me for his services! I know enough about PCs to see that Nate really does know his stuff. I will definitely go to him for any future computer needs, and will refer my friends and acquaintances to him. Nate did a great job fixing my computer! I wasn't able to use it for 2 years because it was so slow and had multiple viruses. He only had it for a day and was able to save all my pictures and files now it runs like new!

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    Our neighbor had a laptop that had been running so slowly that she hadn't even turned it on for almost two years. When she found out that I did computer repair, she told me that she was having issues. I told her that I would be happy to look at it for her. It took me a good part of the night to get rid of the viruses and get things back up and running smoothly, but the look on her face when I gave it back to her in pristine shape was priceless! I didn't even charge her for my time but just asked her that if she knew anyone who needed help to please refer me. She was one happy customer =)

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    I think that the most important quality in a pc repair tech is how well does he communicate what the issues are to you and more importantly, how well does he/she communicate how to prevent the issue in the future. Not only will I fix your computer, I will take the time to teach you how to help avoid or fix the issue yourself in the future. I believe that it is important to build a strong relationship with my customers and gain their trust. By doing this they know I am there not just for their money but because I genuinely care and enjoy helping others
