# FACE PAINTING SERVICE AGREEMENT **Mom & Daughter Family Facepainting LLC** *Family working together to create smiles and special memories.* **“Making people smile is the best recipe for anything.”** Thank you for choosing **Mom & Daughter Family Facepainting LLC** for your party, celebration, or special event. We truly appreciate the opportunity to help make your event fun, colorful, and memorable. Please review the following terms before booking our services. ## Booking & Retainer Your event date and time will be officially reserved once the required **retainer/deposit** has been received. Until payment is received, the requested date and time will remain available for other clients to book. If you plan to submit your payment at a later date, please contact us first to confirm that your requested date and time are still available. The retainer will be applied toward the total cost of your event. ## Rescheduling & Cancellations We understand that unexpected situations may happen. If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us at least **3 days before the scheduled event**, whenever possible. Payments are non-refundable. However, we will make reasonable efforts to apply your payment toward a rescheduled service when advance notice is provided and the requested new date is available. Any rescheduled date is subject to artist availability. ## Outdoor Events Outdoor events may take place rain or shine; however, the client must provide a safe and appropriate area for face painting. For outdoor events, please provide a **well-lit, shaded, and protected area** where the artist, guests, and face-painting supplies are protected from direct sunlight, rain, excessive heat, strong winds, or other unsafe weather conditions. If weather or environmental conditions create an unsafe situation for the artist, guests, or equipment, services may need to be delayed, relocated, or discontinued. ## Set-Up & Arrival Mom & Daughter Family Face painting LLC will provide the professional face-painting supplies and equipment needed to perform the service, including a small artist table when necessary. The artist will normally arrive approximately **5–15 minutes before the scheduled start time** to prepare the painting area. The client is responsible for making sure the designated painting area is accessible and ready for setup. ## Number of Guests Depending on the designs requested, approximately **10–15 guests may be painted per hour and most times more**. Detailed designs, larger designs, or full-face paintings may require additional time and may reduce the number of guests who can be painted during the reserved service period. To help the line move smoothly, we recommend having an organized line or guest list available. ## Additional Time & Additional Guests If additional painting time is needed, service may be extended in **30-minute increments for $75, subject to artist availability. If additional time is not available, additional face paintings may be offered at **$15 per person**, when possible. Please request additional time before the scheduled ending time. The artist may have another event scheduled afterward and may not be available to extend the service. ## Health & Safety For the safety of our artists and guests, **Mom & Daughter Family Facepainting LLC reserves the right to decline face painting** when a guest has visible signs of illness, open cuts, sores, rashes, skin irritation, infections, or other conditions that may be contagious or unsafe to paint over. We use professional face-painting products and take reasonable steps to keep brushes, sponges, tools, and supplies clean throughout the event. Children and guests must be willing participants. We will not force or restrain anyone who does not want to be painted. Parents, guardians, and adult guests are responsible for notifying the artist of any known allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical concerns before painting begins. Whenever possible, we may offer a small design on the hand or arm instead of the face if that is more comfortable or appropriate for the guest. Mom & Daughter Family Facepainting LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or other reactions related to conditions or allergies that were not disclosed before service. ## End of Service We will do our best to accommodate as many guests as possible during the reserved service time. To allow the artist to finish on schedule, the face-painting line may be closed shortly before the contracted ending time. Guests already waiting in line are not guaranteed to be painted if there is not enough remaining time before the scheduled end of service. ## Client Responsibilities The client agrees to provide a safe and respectful environment for the artist and guests. Children remain under the supervision and responsibility of their parent, guardian, or event host at all times. The artist is responsible for providing face-painting services but is not responsible for supervising children or managing guest behavior during the event. ## Agreement By submitting the required retainer/deposit and booking services with **Mom & Daughter Family Facepainting LLC**, the client confirms that they have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this **Face Painting Service Agreement**.
