I was very fortunate to have found Barbara Horstmeyer and her company Senior Planning Services in 2006 when my father was about to go into a nursing home. No financial planning had been done and we were in âcrisis modeâ trying to figure out how not to impoverish my mom by using up all of my parentâs savings on my dadâs care. Barbara helped me find a good care facility for dad and an invaluable hospice service when the time arose
She did an exemplary job of working out all of the legal/financial/family aspects to protect both of my parents and their assets.
Through the years, I have had occasion to call on her counsel many times and she has never failed to be an invaluable resource to me and my family. My dad has since passed away, and I am now seeking her advice again as my mom is about to sell her condo and go into an Assisted Living facility.
My mom paid a reasonable, one-time fee for a lifetime a counsel from this expert. An attorney billing for the many services she has provided to us would surely be rich right now.
