- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we have a set price we give, not a separate charge , one price unless something gets added or has to be replaced/new
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask what type of service they need, walk through the job and point out anything that may not be correct or may need replacing... agree on the work being done, complete the job
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
we go to classes all around the US to advance skills in all different aspects of Locksmithing
