What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm an avid reader of business, marketing, and online marketing books and blogs. I also take many online courses to better myself as a marketer and a professional. Additionally I have an MBA from UW Whitewater, with an emphasis in management and marketing, and a BA from UW Madison.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We specialize in working with attorneys and law firms, and helping them reach qualified local clients. We work with estate planning attorneys, bankruptcy attorneys, criminal defense attorneys, and more.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Talk to the people you're hiring. Interview them. Find out if they are providing you with a "canned solution"? Or are they tailoring the solutions to your needs? Do they have knowledge of your industry and/or market? Do they try to understand your business before giving you a quote? How are they basing their quotes?, etc. Do your home work.
