- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For all general notary appointments, I charge a fee of $5 per stamp per person with a fee for travel beginning at $15. I do charge a flat fee administrative fee of $15. Electronic notarizations are a flat fee of $50 and includes 2 people, 2 stamps. $5 for each additional stamp after 2. All fees are sent via PayPal invoice with the option to pay electronically at the time of signing or via cash. Please note: I do charge a no show fee for appointment arrivals when the customer is not present and does not provide notice of cancellation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client I take down the general information: type of document, how many signatures/how many documents, any witnesses needed, ID requirement. Additionally, I go over all COVID-19 safety precautions and requirements. Last I discuss the fees and options to pay, with the takedown of the necessary information to confirm the appointment and send out an invoice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I became a certified paralegal in 2016. I am a commissioned Notary by the state of Wisconsin and certified by the NNA. I am also a certified Loan Signing Agent by the NNA. National Memberships Include: National Notary Association American Association of Notaries
