Notarization

Although I did not end up using her, Jade was quick to respond (and over a holiday weekend too) to my request and because of this I would not hesitate to reach out to her again if I needed a notary.

Even though I did not use Jade's Notary service, I really appreciate her responsiveness to schedule a meeting with me on the dates that best work for me.

Olivia responded to me almost immediately and was able to come get the job done within a couple days. Very reasonably priced and professional! Also very personable. I will definitely hire her again!

Olivia was very flexible. My mother needed her marriage certificate notarized to get the new driver's license. I called Olivia and she came same day and was in and out within 5 minutes. Would definitely use her services again.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

For all general notary appointments, I charge a fee of $5 per signature per document with a fee for travel. All fees are sent via invoice with the option to pay electronically at the time of signing or via cash. Please note: I do charge a no show fee for appointment arrivals when the customer is not present and does not provide notice of cancellation.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When working with a new client I take down the general information: type of document, how many signatures/how many documents, any witnesses needed, ID requirement. Additionally, I go over all COVID-19 safety precautions and requirements. Last I discuss the fees and options to pay, with the takedown of the necessary information to confirm the appointment and send out an invoice.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I became a certified paralegal in 2016. I am a commissioned Notary by the state of Wisconsin and certified by the NNA. I am also a certified Loan Signing Agent by the NNA. National Memberships Include: National Notary Association American Association of Notaries
