Social Media is a broad term. It can mean different things for different types of businesses. With traditional media consumers could look or listen to your ad. (A ONE-WAY-STREET) with Social Media its now a (TWO-WAY-STREET) meaning your customers can now give opinions, you can talk, respond and engage, they can give there feedback and help you find more customers! Social Media requires being Social. Meaning posting daily and giving fans something to talk about (your products/services). Engagement is key.
