As a community manager at Google, I supported a variety of our product's users and advocated for their needs to our engineering teams. I also either manage or contribute to our Google Plus, Facebook and Twitter strategy for those products. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and drafting content for launches or user education -- sometimes just for fun!
