Mary Nicole work was excellent and no issues all throughout planning part of the invitations. I rated her poor due to bad customer service. I was never given a contact and told I was given an e-mail contract which never received. Mary Nichole put the wrong day for my invitations and did not proof her work. Even though I proofed it, the professional should proof her work as well to catch errors. I was never notified that if there was an error or typo I would be charged extra even though it was her fault for the typo. I ended up being charged extra $45 for the mistake. It is not about $. But have been in customer service for 10 plus years and have always believe always make customer happy to keep them coming back even if it means comp something to make them happy. Learned my lesson always have a contract and will not recommend her to any one. Overall the invitations were excellent in quality and beautify and was profession besides no contact or explanations on extra prices if mistakes occur.

Before I begin any work, I meet with my clients to discuss the design process and go over the scope of work they need. I do not have written contracts for wedding invitation orders (unless requested or a broad order involving additional items is involved) as it is a simple process requiring only proofing and payment. This is done via e-mail, which is what was done with Risa's order. I, as a professional, strive for each project to be perfect. I proof every single item, and in this case I did as well. If a day is given to me, that is the day I will use. I met with Risa on several occasions and she approved the same proof more than once. Upon Risa discovering the incorrect day, I extended a very generous offer to reprint her invitations at virtually no cost even though it was made clear in our meetings and e-mail correspondence that once a proof is approved it goes to print. I reprinted immediately with a same-day turnaround and personally drove the printed items to the location of her choice. I am very happy to hear Risa found my products to be "excellent in quality and beautiful and professional".
