Passion, hands down. To me, photography isn't a "job" or a "hobby." Photography (and the photo industry) not only gives me purpose to live a better life, but is a way I can leave my stresses and enter bliss; it is essentially my escape, my paradise. Knowing the happiness it brings the client, as well, is a feeling I struggle to put into words. I have been told more times than not, that a session with me has given people a boost of confidence, passion on the outcome of something they helped contribute to, and an extremely exciting process where they absolutely cannot wait to see the images that they think about every moment after the shoot. I have a job where I am blessed to say that I am not working a day in my life. I fell in love with the photo industry when I was in high school. This craft has allowed me to overcome personal obstacles, meet people in my community, embrace where I live, and is a tool I use to give back to others.
