(Note: This is my first ever and yes long review!)I first met the owner Randy a little over a year ago when he stopped in to introduce himself and share some information about his Family owned Business at my place of employment where I worked as an Insurance agent, he even had his grandson with him who seemed very excited to be with Grandpa learning about the biz! What immediately caught my attention was Randys genuine passion and pride for his long standing company. I was always very happy to send any referrals his way, and to his exceptional team!When I found a large crack in my windshield recently, I knew exactly who I was going to call. I spoke to Alex in the glass department, who I had not previously met. He too, just like the rest of Manders awesome team, was extremely kind and helpful. He called my Insurance company right away with me on the call, handled the entire process, and my windshield was fixed the next day!Now, I HAVE TO NOTE that not only was Alex and Mander already so accommodating with offering to come to my home and/or shuttle my vehicle to the shop if needed, he actually ended up picking my vehicle up from the HAIR SALON where I was able to get in for a last minute appointment, LOL (yes, I almost forgot that my scheduled repair time was that morning! #Embarrassed!)! And because getting to the hair salon was of course more important than stopping to fill my car up with gas that so kindly got me to the salon on fumes HA!.....I had to tell Alex I didnt think he would make it back to the shop with the very few gas fumes I had left. I offered to give him money and EVEN A TIP if he would so kindly put gas in my car. When he picked up the keys from me at the salon, I had a $20 bill in my hand for him, but he wouldnt take it and just smiled and said, well be back soon! And yes, there was gas in my car when they brought it back with a perfect placed new windshield! I realize this is a VERY LONG review, but all was worth mentioning!I SIMPLY CANNOT RECOMMEND MANDER AUTO GLASS AND COLLISION ENOUGH!Thank you Alex! And thank you to Randy and his awesome team as well for your unsurpassed service and commitment to your customers!

I was a walk in for a crack in my windshield. They were able to fix the crack right away, in less than an hour, and were very professional and pleasant.
