What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Only on start-ups and winterizations. They start from $55 to $150. Depending on the number of zones they have. Service calls may vary depending on what is needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If it is a new install I would like to come out and measure the yard , water flow, draw a print to show the customer head location and why.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
OJT, Toro certified as of 1992. Worked with Palm Sprinklers ( Naples, Fl), Tommy Todd Landscaping and irrigation ( Crystal River, Fl), West Central Water, Dunnellon, Fl. Knowledge of pumps, submersible and above ground.
