They get a second star because the price, $100 for a garage door opener install, which isn't bad at all and they submitted it right away.
However, after I said I wanted them to do it, they never got back to me about the job. I tried to contact them online as well as on the phone with no answer or call back. Ended up having to do another search and got set back a week in finding someone for this project.
I wouldn't have minded waiting for him to do the work (it's not winter though it is a pain to lock and unlock the door every time) but I needed to hear back about it.
It's a shame too because we have been looking for a good handyman for larger projects around our house and we like to test out new handymen on small ones first.
Guess the search for someone we can count on is still on.
