I messaged several "Pros" last week to work on getting my rental unit up to the standards I expect. Tomas responded within 30 minutes. I never heard from anyone else. The next day he visited to personally visualize what I needed done. He was honest and direct with his questions. Several days later he showed up promptly and got to work! He went above and beyond to get everything I needed done and took on extra tasks. "He was a Jack of all Trades". At the end of the day, what he quoted me on price when he first visited, stayed within that number even after he did more. Tomas was always willing to talk about other things I wanted fixed/upgraded. I plan on hiring him for numerous more projects I have planned. If you need a "guy"... he's the man! (Only after he gets done with my place.) 😁

Tomas replaced rotten wood on my deck and house. He also cut and replaced many trim pieces around my kitchen floor. I was very impressed with Tomas' punctuality, he came right on time and on the day he said he would. I was also really pleased with the quality of the workmanship of the work that was done. All the pieces of wood he replaced fit perfectly. He will also be back later this summer to do more work for me. Very highly recommended!
