I hired Cumbe Construction to remove tile flooring in the vestibule area of my office building. I already had one company say they were unable to complete the job because they "had not seen tile like that in over 25 years of experience." The machine that they had rented would not even make a dent in the tile and they could not find another way to remove the tile. I contacted Cumbe Construction and he came out to visit the site within 48 hours. Once the job was complete, I fully expected to have to use a shopvac to clean up the space after the tile was removed. To my surprise, He had the area completely cleaned up. He brought all of the materials necessary to complete the job. Even the plastic to cover the doorways so the dust did not spread to other areas of the office. They laid down floor coverings so they would not get the floor dirty while walking in and out of their work area. I have been working on five different projects within my office over the past few months. Cumbe Construction is the only contractor that has kept in constant contact with me from the beginning to the end of the job. Working with him was a breeze and the quality of work was outstanding. I definitely plan on recommending him to other people and hiring him for future projects. THANK YOU!!
