Introduction: I am a chef who does just about everything you could want. I specialize in outdoor cooking, but do everything indoors as well. From 1 to 400 people, I can handle it, and I will come to you! For many years, I traveled throughout the country teaching outdoor cooking and campfire cooking, and I have a great following. I have been featured on Good Day Wisconsin, Outdoor Wisconsin, Living With Amy, and Illinois Outdoors. I am also a cookbook author, with over 3,000 books sold to the outdoor and camping community. I am currently a chef with Sodexo, and I also am the food service director/executive chef with Adventure Experiences in Taylor Park, CO during the summer.
