Because I treat the jobs & customers home as if I'm doing my own home. I will make sure that you are not just satisfied but happy when I'm done, or, I won't be done. I understand the better I do the more work I'm going to get. I was retail manager so I understand the importance of cleaning everything, not just what we can see. I enjoy the people. I really enjoy meeting new people, and working with the customer to make sure we all walk away happy. I absolutely can feel the weight come off customer's shoulders when we complete a job. I know that feeling of knowing something needs to be done, but not looking forward to doing it at all, and then when that is completed, it is so relieving.

Chad seemed like a nice enough guy but has a lot to learn. He grossly underestimates the time to do the job. His initial estimate of 5 hours in one day turned into a job I was not willing to let him complete after 8 more hours the second day. His cleaning was very thorough - his partner, not so much.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
Quite honestly it just happened, and I enjoy it.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Moving furniture to clean in areas they could not get to. I'm 6'3" so I'm usually utilized to clean surfaces the customer cannot reach themselves, for example: ceiling fans
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My girlfriend's entire family. I think I won them all over with how good of a housekeeper I was for them. Which of course I get teased about now. The smiles on thier faces when they see me is worth everything to me!
