This ensures that the job isn't drastically under or over bid. This also ensures that all of the customers needs are fully understood and met. If a company offers you a price without seeing the property, it is likely they are not very thorough in the job that they do. Just think about it; How can a company give you a price without fully understanding your needs and individual circumstances. We are drastically different than other services, we do not come sweep and mop straighten things up and leave. We do everything dust everything, there will not be cobwebs remaining, overlooked areas or corners that are missed. Work is done meticulously with an ocd amount of detail. We generally do not clean for single males unless there are extenuating circumstances, disabled, immobility, etc.
