We called Ultimate Home Concepts in the fall to see about having two very old kitchen windows and both entry doors replaced in our home. We expected to have to wait until spring but Joe made sure the work was finished before the snow hit.
Joe came to see us and gave us info about options, pricing, and list of very satisfied references. Pricing was affordable compared with other quotes we had received for similar products but the service was stellar. He answered all our questions, answered and returned our calls. Joe checked in a number of times during and after installation to be sure all was going well and even stained the window trim we wanted himself, with our choice of stain.
The installer was wonderful. Polite, hard working and fun to talk to. Installation took two days. One for the windows, which were large, broken and ancient. One day for replacing doors. All were plumbed and trimmed perfectly with two locks each, making our home more secure. They look beautiful and operate wonderfully! Our installer was very skilled, punctual and never left a mess. The quality of work was fantastic. I bugged him about taking a lunch break but he kept on working.
After being stuck with old double pane, non-opening windows for over twenty years, I can't say enough how great it will be to open them while cooking and in summer! Our kitchen was warmer and more inviting over the winter. We couldn't even see out of the old windows and we have enjoyed watching birds at our back yard feeder.
We shopped around for some comparison and found many competitors to be over priced, pushing us to expand the scope of project, extra long waiting periods and unhappy customers when checking references.
We won't hesitate to call Joe at Ultimate Home Concepts again. He and his installer treated our home as if it were their own. We're very happy with the craftsmanship and product we received!

Joe installed replacement windows for two units in an apartment building we own.He and his team did a superior job offering the right product, coordinating installation with the tenants and provided top notch workmanship!
