Dog Training
I would highly recommend Julie to any of my friends (and have) that want to train their dogs. I like that she comes to your house. She was very helpful in giving me a different approach to training that is more my style of training. I have started using the techniques she has shown me in the past few days and my dog has shown improvements.

Julie was super professional! She emailed when she said she would, she called to confirm the appointment, she showed up on time and gave me a wealth of information. I would highly recommend Julie's services!!!

Dog Training
Julie is so knowledgable and professional. In just our first session we made some progress with our sassy 7 month old puppy. We still have lots of work to do and plan on working with Julie until we get our skills mastered! Awesome Paws is a priceless gift to your dog and family!

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? All costs are considered when quoting (travel time, travel expense, lesson time, etc) and are typically estimate ranges when we actually speak. Unfortunately, Thumbtack does not allow for a range, so we do our best to quote based on your city location specified. Once we speak by phone, a much more specific quote can be given.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Usually phone conversations are best to get details and go over your training goals, our available programs, and come up with a plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am licensed in the state of Wisconsin for Veterinary Technology. I took an oath to Do No Harm, and my methods reflect my oath. The dog training field is unregulated by the law and anyone can call themselves a trainer or use any method they chose on your property (which is what the law considers dogs at this time). I, however, AM regulated by my license and oaths and my methods reflect the best outcomes available for you, your pet, and their health long-term.
