Introduction: A mobile cocktail bar housed in a (used-to-be) vintage 1972 Play-Mor camper. We also offer a portable setup that can be used indoors or we can work with an existing bar. Create a unique experience for your gathering; Parties, Weddings, Graduations, etc! Some baseline pricing: -Over 100 People: $450 Trailer Fee / Under 100 People: $350 Trailer Fee -Portable Bar: $250 Service Fee -$60/hr Bartender Fee - 1 hr setup, 1 hr takedown, 2 hr minimum serving -Supplies & Ingredients: All our events need to be a hosted bar. You buy the alcohol but we can supply everything else (mixers, garnishes, cups, ice, etc.) We include 30 miles of travel from River Falls, WI (54022). Any mileage above that is $2/mile (each direction). Booking for 2024 and beyond!

Bar Cart was our bar service for our wedding reception. Brian worked so well with us on so many details, always responding to my emails immediately and providing very supportive information so that we could provide our guests with a lovely experience. Our guests loved the joyful and attentive atmosphere.

We hired Bar Cart to come out for a celebration of life party that we threw for my grandma. The drinks were fantastic and everyone enjoyed the specialty drink options they can offer. I would highly recommend Bar Cart for any type of party or gathering, you won’t be disappointed!

We hired the Bar Cart for our son’s graduation party and would do it again! Brian and the team took all of our worries out of having to make sure our guests were taken care of with beverages. We met with the Bar Cart and did some taste testing of cocktails and landed on both a great mix of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, so there was something for everyone! They were so easy to work with, knowledgeable about craft cocktails, our guest count didn’t scare them away and I knew everything would be taken care of by Brian, Sarah, Adam and Sarah… the Fab 4. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat fee for the trailer: $450 for over 100 guests - $350 for under 100 guests Non-trailer service fee: $250 $60/hr bartender fee - 1 hour added for setup, 1 hour added for takedown Supplies & Ingredients: We can supply any non-alcoholic ingredient (mixers, garnish, et.) as well as supplies (cups, ice, napkins, etc.) - This cost will vary based on types of drinks offered and quantities.

We love working with our customers either via email, txt or in-person! We also offer tasting sessions as we get closer to your event to figure out the perfect beverages you want to offer to your guests!
