Introduction: In lifes journey, we are often uncertain where we stand, where we are going, and what is the right path for us personally. Knowing our True North enables us to follow the right path. Coaching is about helping others create positive change in their lives. Whether its in the workplace or in their personal life, coaching helps people get focused on personal goals such as relationships, time management, work-life balance, stress reduction, working through grief, life simplification, and career goals.
I use a coaching model for all the work I do in personal life coaching, mediation, workplace relationship consulting and facilitating coaching circles. Each of us comes with the answers and coaching helps bring that out in a way that works best for each individual or work group. Coaching can be in person or by phone and sessions last anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes in a frequency that best suites the clients' schedule.
