- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the client, goals, frequency of sessions and length. I like tp talk to the client and go from there!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before we do any pricing, I like to talk to the client about their specific goals and lifestyle, and learn a little bit about them. From there we move forward, where would we be meeting weather its a gym or their house, and start a training and nutrition plan that works best for them, and teach you why you're doing a certain lift or eating a certain food, instead of just giving orders.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach. I've personally tried many training methods and diets to find what works best for me. Knowledge and the Miles.
