- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For small projects I usually charge a flat hourly rate. For larger projects it would be bid out for all specifics involved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For licensing it is required to do continuing education. I do educate myself on the latest products and standards in my field.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been handy and my skills have grown throughout the years. I enjoy being a craftsman and helping people so it was a perfect fit for me. It's hard work but I love it!
