• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  My normal rate is $30/hour, which is on the low end of someone with my knowledge and experience. My price is low because my overhead is low.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I have an initial meeting or phone call so we each agree on a plan and that we're comfortable working together. After that, we go forward with the work.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I'm a Quivkbooks ProAdvisor. I also have a Bachelors degree in Accounting and MBA in Finance.
