Introduction: My name is Jane Westreich and I own the only certified adventure boot camps in Wisconsin and operate a women-only adventure boot camp in Mequon Wisconsin. My boot camps offer multiple modifications for every fitness level and you do not have to be in shape to participate. If you are looking to get started with a fitness program that will give you results and give you accountability, my fitness boot camp is for you. I personally teach every camp and I am a certified adventure boot camp coach and a certified ISSA fitness trainer. I have been working in the fitness and wellness profession for over twenty years. I am a mom of four and I understand what it means to have to work to "fit" time for you into your busy life. I will make you see changes and help you stick to a fitness program that can work for every fitness level.
