I hired Brandon to install a new kitchen sink. All pvc pipes needed to be replaced. His price was reasonable and the job was done quickly and properly.

Had toilet installed. Was supposed to come back and do some tile work but never showed up and never called.
Very dissapointed.

We do apologize for not being able to fit you back into our schedule. However, the request for your services that we did provide was completed within the scope of the service requested. The tile that was discussed is completely separate from this installation and doesn’t warrant additional work under the original agreement.
If you would like assistance with the tile, we’d be happy to provide a separate estimate and schedule for that project. Please let us know if you’d like us to do so.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard installs with fixtures and appliances we have set pricing for, however in areas unknown, we charge an hourly rate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently hold a valid general contracting license and dwelling contractors license which privileges me to conduct business on residential and commercial building projects.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up in the trades working alongside the best contractors being Electrical, Plumbing, & GC’s in the Midwest. I have taken the vast knowledge through many different mentors and tradesmen and have fused all of that knowledge to this company! Doing a small search online, you will find that Stronghold Interiors does not lack in the quality department. Doing things the right way!
