FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I heard the pay was pretty good so I tried it. Found out I was good at it and quickly rose up the ranks.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Fabricating brackets and the like. Parts rust or get bent so rather than getting a new part at high prices, they can just have me build them one.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I believe you can tell from talking with a person they're level of confidence. If your potential welder seems lost or confused as to how to proceed chances are he doesn't have the level of experience you're looking for. And in this profession, experience is everything.
