Last week my house was hit by a hailstorm and we suffered hail damage to our roof. Shingles were missing and our upstairs developed a leak. My insurance didn’t want to deal with it, and was giving me the runaround and I needed this fixed asap. I eventually came across Madison Exteriors and was relieved that they were able to fix it right away. The owner (Luis) was able to access the damage on short notice and fix my roof at an incomparable price. He was extremely thorough and made sure to take pictures and videos to help me understand the issue.
All in all I am extremely pleased with the extremely quick and quality service. As a single mother I was confident and relived that I had come across this business. They made me feel comfortable and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Thank you so much Luis for fixing our problem on such short notice! Would highly recommend for any repairs needed on roof and gutters!

He was so professional the first phone call. We set a time and date and he didnt show up. I called him when he was supposed to arrive. Still nothing. What happened to “doing what you say”. Dont waste your time on this guy.
