Billy was very professional. He did an excellent job assembling our gazebo and furniture. He got it done in a reasonable amount of time but I don't feel like he rushed through the job. He was a pleasure to have at our home. We will hold onto his number for the next time we have stuff to assemble 😉

It was an absolute pleasure working with Billy and team. His professionalism, timely response, and competitive quote, made it hard to pass up. He was able to work us into his schedule within a few days of accepting his bid, and made frequent contact with updates leading to the assembly date. He was able to answer any questions we had, and it was evident he had plenty of knowledge and build experience related to our request. He made quick work of our project, which consisted of assembling a 12‘ x 16‘ Purple Leaf double roof gazebo. His team even offered to help us move patio furniture into place after the gazebo was assembled. Work quality was excellent, to our requirements, and defect free. I needed a kit gazebo assembled and based on reviews submitted by other Thumbtack customers, hoped to get a response from my first pick. And indeed I did; Billy was the first to contact me within the hour and away we went! As noted in his reviews, professional: check. On time: check. All aspects of the task explained: check. All questions answered: check. Provides a top quality service: check. So, all this we know from reviews. What can’t be detailed in a brief sentence or two is Billy’s engaging personality coupled with his on display competence as he and his coworker smoothly move through the project to a perfect conclusion. As a ‘this old house’ owner over a few decades, I have experience with more than a few projects and what made this unique for me was the ease I felt that all will be done, done well and the service backed up. I must mention his pre-project communication covered all I needed to know and with such a friendly manner, I was immediately at ease. That’s worth so much to me.
