Introduction: ODD Computers my mission is in the name Observe Due Diligence. This year (2018) I found recent growth of range of services from Wisconsin, and soon Michigan. My aim is to have a decentralized company. This means that I will not have a single building for operations and my contractors are independently run. Sometimes that can cause cost inflation that shifts onto your service bill. With certified contractors, and no commercial building to pay for, I can make affordable computer care available to you and your region. I aim to provide great service at greater costs. I am also developing a "local shop first" program to encourage the use of smaller PC shops in your area. I am not replacing stores, I am simply bridging the gap of communication between clients and small business owners. 12 Years of computer services to specializing in recovering of various computer types. The most attractive part of my service is the problem solving, and meeting the needs of my clients.

I had several problems Daniel tackled for me including my printer not printing wirelessly, battery life, etc. He was able to solve my problems. He came to my home and then offered to follow up remotely if needed. He did an excellent job communicating as we set up the appointment and during the appointment. He is obviously very knowledgeable and was able to answer my additional questions in a way I could understand.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer flat rates, not hourly, I will discuss payment plans (IE If the service costs $60, I would break it into two payments. Only changes would be if I need to order parts, but that is all based on whatever the part is) in great faith that it won't get abused too often.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know the needs of the customer. It's why they're approaching me for service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education has been just doing the work. I started off a long time ago by learning by trial and error. Now days I've worked with accredited companies in the field and I am currently a student at ITT Tech for IT Administration.
