- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer flat rates, not hourly, I will discuss payment plans (IE If the service costs $60, I would break it into two payments. Only changes would be if I need to order parts, but that is all based on whatever the part is) in great faith that it won't get abused too often.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know the needs of the customer. It's why they're approaching me for service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education has been just doing the work. I started off a long time ago by learning by trial and error. Now days I've worked with accredited companies in the field and I am currently a student at ITT Tech for IT Administration.
