- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a flat rate with no hidden taxes or fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually want to know what they are expecting to get when they hire a DJ, as well as the date of the event, the length of the event, location, etc., so I can start to understand what package would best suit their needs. I then usually ask if they are comfortable discussing specifics as well as offering my business phone number so they can call me and get a better feel for who I am and what I can provide to make their event a success.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an lots of education including: Fluid Power Maintenance Technical Diploma - Fox Valley Technical College Electricity Technical Diploma - Fox Valley Technical College Programmable Logic Controllers Certificate - Fox Valley Technical College Small Business Management Certificate - Fox Valley Technical College The electrical training is huge for me as it allows me to understand how to troubleshoot electrical problems and fix them fast. I have never had a problem with a sound system stump me yet, and I don't intend to in the future. The small business management training has helped me to identify how to tailor my services to every single person I work with so they are happy and satisfied.
