I have had computer issues in the past and Michael had the know how to get me going again. So when My computer started slowing down and my internet explorer stopped working after downloading software this last week, I knew exactly who to call. I use my computer at work a lot and he was able to get my computer all cleaned up in an evening and get me going again so I wouldn't be without it at work. I won't recommend him to do your computer repairs... I'll highly recommend him! He does better than you'll find at staples or geek squad! Give him a call!

Michael has worked on my I phone 5 and had it up and running in a matter of minutes. This was an issue that ntelos could not fix and apple wanted me to buy a new phone. If you need any devices worked on I highly recommend Michael Mosteller as the person for the job. He is very knowledgable about devices and offers great prices. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most professionals charge upwards of $90 per hour. Most of the jobs I do average $50 with the lowest so far being $20 and the highest $90 total, but normally I keep it $45 or less. Firefighter discounts as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will try to get a sense of what is wrong with it while talking to them. Then, I'll either come to them or have them bring me their device. Once I diagnose the issue, I'll give a repair cost estimate. Then I'll repair the device while keeping them informed. If any parts are needed, if I don't have them in stock then I'll send them a link to order it. Once repair is complete, I'll return the device and receive payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
By the time I took the college classes for computer repair, I'd already taught myself most of what I was learning. I obtained 34 hours towards an associate's degree in computer repair and networking.
