Integrity Fitness Repair did a great job on installing a new motor and doing the annual maintenance on my treadmill. They are coming back out to replace my walking belt and some deck springs that are in bad shape. Very fair pricing, especially on a return visit. I will definitely use them again!

I cannot begin to express my gratitude for the service and experience I had working with Matt and Debra from Integrity Fitness Repair. They were kind enough to fit me in their busy schedule to install new cables on my Hoist. Matt was punctual and got to work right away only to discover after working on my machine that Hoist had sent me the incorrect cables. After sorting this out with Hoist, Debra worked her magic once again and Matt returned as soon as the cables arrived to install the correct cables. This is how businesses were run in the small town of the OBX where I grew up and it was most refreshing to experience that there are still companies that believe in kindness and honesty and are willing to go the extra mile even when in these times of people having more in home workout equipment and there are plenty of repairs needed they don't put profit and workload above the customer. Matt is incredible. Here’s my backstory: our treadmill motor broke off the carriage and the bolts were still inside the body of the motor casing. I tired to drill the bolts out, totally botched it, and ruined the entire motor. So I ordered a new motor and tried to install it myself. Turns out I was sold a refurbished motor that 1) wasn’t the right kind (that was my fault for ordering the wrong one) but 2) didn’t have threaded bolt holes so when I tried to attach it (even though it was the wrong one) the bolts I was using wouldn’t take. At this point, I contacted Matt. He came out 2 days later, showed up right on time, listened patiently as I walked him through my calamity of errors, then set to work to see what was what. It took all of about 2 minutes for him to realize it was the wrong motor and we’d need to replace it. He actually took our old original motor to see if he could repair it. Unfortunately, he couldn’t, so we had him order a new one. Fortunately, I was able to return the motor I had purchased. When the right motor came in he was able to squeeze us in a day later. He was super quick with the repair and even gave it some extra (long overdue) TLC. My wife took it for a 30 minute spin this morning with zero issues. Thank you, Matt and Integrity Fitness Repair! Highly recommended. And also, don’t try to fix it yourself, you’ll save time and money just having an expert like Matt take care of it!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service fees are based on the services needed. Once contacted I will get as much information as possible and provide you with an accurate quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will engage and ask as many questions as possible about the issue you are having. Sometimes issues can be solved over the phone with no need to pay for a visit. Once I have the details if parts can be ordered to avoid two visits I will order them. If diagnostics are needed I will provide a quote and set up a time and date for service. Our policy is 24 to 48 hours once the request is made.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Authorized service provider for Icon products (Nordictrack, Proform etc). Authorized service provider for Spirit Fitness/Sole products. Authorized service provider for Landice. Manufacturers training. Trained on numerous brands and models. Factory certified for Core Health and Fitness, brands including Star Trac, Nautilus, Schwinn, Stairmaster, Throwdown.
