What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Diagnostic fee is $79 and is due regardless of whether the customer wants to complete the repair after the cost of the repair is provided. The repair will cost $80/hour for labor at one hour minimum, plus the cost of parts and materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most jobs start with a diagnostic. From there I provide the customer with the cost of repair (parts + labor) and let them decide if they want to proceed from there.
