I have used above the cut this season after moving into a new development. Not only would they say they were coming and never show up several times, but on two occasions they actually came and just cut pathways through my yard without coming back to finish. Before when I had a smaller yard, I always did it myself, now that I have such a large area to cut I assumed it would be worth it to hire "professionals" for the job. Is it too much to ask to be willing to pay someone to cut your yard at LEAST once per week? My wife and I wanted landscaping and mulching done as well, but how would we even expect that when the crew wouldn't even show up to mow the lawn? I am extremely disappointed with the service, or lack thereof, we have received from this company. No one ever answers the phone, and the only number provided has on several occasions sent text messages instead of returning a call. Completely unprofessional operation, I don't understand how they are in business.

What types of customers have you worked with?
From march till october it is usualy grass season... But we also get your normal hedge triming a couple times a year and cleaning out mulch beds and replacing it with new mulch. Wr also do Spring and Fall clean up wich consist of leaf and a sprucing up of the property. Those kind of jobs are always enjoyable and a change of pace.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Most times when you hire big companys you dont get the actual attention to detail because they are ran by employes and not the owner. Find a owner operator that will take pride in what your yard looks like.
