FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair & based on extensive experience in this field. By assessing the client's needs I methodically review what is necessary to complete the job in a kind, thorough, & organized approach.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting with the client or family member is key. Having a clear understanding of the project is vitally important as well as an organized & laid out plan. During this meeting a time frame & budget is discussed. We want to hear about your goals, design ideas, & visions as well as what can go & what can stay. In our initial meeting I will develop a strategy & design that works for you so that your particular area is neat, organized & tidy. I want you to feel free to enjoy your home again, be it a closet, garage, kitchen or home. It should be after all, your sanctuary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The training I have received does not come from a university or design school but rather from helping friends & family. I have seen friends experience the loss of a significant member of their family & were incapable to going forward with their own lives. I knew how hard it was to ask for help but as a wise friend once said to me "if you have to ask it's too late" meaning we must watch out for one another. It seemed simple to me to reach out & offer help. Simple gestures & kindness go a long way.
