- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My job is not done until customer satisfied and if you don’t like it, I don’t like it in the toolbelt. Don’t come off and toolsbdon’t go away until you like it and you’re satisfied.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Most of the time if it’s a smaller project few hrs a day or so I typically charge by the job if it’s longer n bigger sometimes I’ll charge by the hr just all depends really
