Introduction: Presto-x customizes each job per the customer's wishes. We do not use contracts or force you to sign yearly contracts because we want you to be comfortable with your choices. Instead we use monthly service agreements which guarantees the job will be done correctly the first time. If we have to come back out for any reason for the covered pest then there is no additional charge. Our tech's have the highest tenure in the industry and are individually licensed per the area they are assigned to. You will always have the same technician but have the option to change if its not the perfect fit. We also guarantee that the tech will show up or at least contact you within 24 hours of the initial call to set up a time to come out and fix your issues. Our services includes, general pest, bed bugs, vegetation management, bird control, bioremediation, fumigation services and many others. I enjoy meeting people and helping them eradicate any current or potential pest issues. My goal is to ensure that every customer has a pleasant experience while we help eradicate the pest.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, all employees are required to get certified and receive their license for their assigned routes. We also are required to attend monthly training sessions where we can learn about the changes in our environment. For Instance, some insects and rodents can actually adapt to some of our chemicals which means we have to understand their biology and what does and doesn't work.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I despise insects and rodents and have always been intrigued on how many insects and rodents our out there. In fact, if someone says they do not have insects or rodents then they are simply not looking hard enough. Everyone has insects and rodent activity but some may have a higher issue than others.
