- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are very much negotiable, accordingly for each event. travel time, size of audience, length of speech and so on..
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we will secure the date they are interested in. Then we can go over any specific areas they want me to cover in our session. I like to customize to meet their needs. We can converse by email or phone, whichever works best for them. At the same time we will iron out times, travel and lodging, if any are needed. I will arrive 30 minutes early to greet the audience as they come in. I will stay around afterwards to get to know the group better if they would like me too, getting to know your audience is the most important thing.
