I have nothing but positive things to say about Mr. Swan. Not just for the usual things one hopes for; expediency, cleanliness and attitude. I found his work to be exemplary. I had a basement bathroom that, due to the wet climate in the NW, i had basically given up on. I hired him to merely fix some broken tiles, patch some hole in the drywall, seal some cracks and give it a fresh coat. I was stunned by the outcome, it looked like a new bathroom by the time he was done. Not only that, it was affordable and he completed the job in less than two days.
I then recommended him to a well-to-do friend who wanted her living room, dining room and hallway painted. I can honestly say it was the best interior paint job I've ever seen. Everyone commented on what a beautiful job he'd done. She was so impressed she hired him repeatedly for nearly everything she needed from landscaping to roof repairs, electrical fixes to rebuilding fireplaces. And whatever was needed for her rental properties. Doesn't seem to matter what the job, Mr. Swan is truly a jack of all trades and the best painter I've ever seen.
Now her whole neighborhood knows his work as nearly everyone there has used his services at some point, from the littlest roof repair to rehabbing entire houses. Now that he's moved to CA I know he will be sorely missed.

Amazing painter. Never even had to use painting tape in my home. We even had him help with building our vacation home. So impressed. Very detailed.
