I requested a spring deep cleaning. Something I am certain most people save to do for themselves over several days, but I decided to venture out and see if a deep cleaning would be up to par. Stalina came up short. I gave her my list of things to do, obviously baseboards, dusting, cleaning my vents and scrubbing my tubs. I also wanted things that most people I asked said absolutely not to, I wanted my laundry put away. I wanted my windows cleaned, my refrigerator cleaned out. My Tupperware organized, she went through my home and with my permission treated it as her own giving items a home that I've been lost and confused where to put it. I was very impressed with her determination to make sure my needs were met. She asked me specifically what I needed out of my house cleaning and I told her a fresh start, a clean canvas. Before she left after arriving an hour late and working for 9 hours I'm my home, I pointed out a few things that were not to my satisfaction, she did not go fix them, my microwave wasn't wiped down on the inside, the vent hood over my stove still had grease splatters. My showers weren't cleaned, the tubs were, but not the showers. We had agreed her helper would come back the next day as a part of service and shampoo my carpet in the high traffic areas, but she never showed. So I was swindled for carpet payment and for a cleaning that was not throurough. Overall if you are not looking for detail work she is fine. Just don't pay her until everything you want done is completed.
