My point is, that same dedication I have to feeding myself, I am offering to you.
I began in a French restaurant, in the pantry. Over the years I worked my way up to become an executive chef and also a private chef for prominent clients, as well as providing plant-based meals to a private school, a chef in a vegetarian restaurant/cafe, to catering for up to 60 people and more.
I hold my CA food handlers certificate and am well-rounded in omnivore, vegetarian, vegan, and food sensitive diets.
I have an insatiable passion for food. And I want to bring this passion to your plate. We all know these modern times have brought us convenience foods, fast food and grab-and-go food. They are full of chemicals, pesticides, nitrates and genetically modified ingredients.
I am here to make you delicious, locally sourced meals that are free of all those.
I enjoy using the finest, healthiest, organic local ingredients from California, and creating honest flavours that don't overwhelm their key ingredients.
Great food is satisfying, and can truly change your mood and in time your overall health. I believe the old saying 'you are what you eat' is true. So why not eat purely, finely and beautifully?
